Firm Administrator
Marleny Guerra is the Firm Administrator at The Moskowitz Law Firm. She oversees the business, financial, and administrative operations of the Firm. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the office, including salary administration, employee recruitment and retention, training and development, records management, employee relations and team management. Staff performance evaluations, staff disciplinary procedures and employee relations, in addition to providing executive-level leadership and guidance to the Firm’s HR operations.
Marleny has a strong background in operational management with over 25 years in her role as Firm Administrator. Prior to her work with The Moskowitz Law Firm, she served as the Firm Administrator for Meland Russin and Budwick, LLP.

In this this role, she implemented changes to their financial, time and billing system to provide productivity reporting by working, billing and originating attorney. Also upgraded their payroll system and implemented timekeeping for their staff. She was the project manager during their office move. Oversaw the buildout through completion and coordinated the move to their new office. She also coordinated two anniversary celebration events with over 250 attendees.
Marleny also worked for over 27 years at Shutts & Bowen LLP. She advanced through the ranks and managed their Finance, accounting, and records department. In the 27 years with the Firm, she took the Firm from manual records keeping, accounting, and billing to fully automated systems. Marleny was the Office Administrator for the Operations Office, managing over 27 staff members.
