Attorney Adam M. Moskowitz of The Moskowitz Law Firm is a distinguished trial lawyer who has received national recognition for his courtroom successes, large settlement negotiations, and delivering justice to class action plaintiffs throughout the country. 

He concentrates his practice on class action matters and complex commercial litigation.

Adam has been an Adjunct Professor in Class Action Litigation at the University of Miami School of Law for over 20 years. As a staunch supporter of his alma mater, Adam has always donated his salary back each year to the law school in order to fund student scholarships.

In addition to his involvement with the University of Miami, Adam serves as Conference Topics Coordinator on the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies Advisory Council and is a Board Member on the Duke University Class Action Program Advisory Board, where he helps organize and present national seminars and programs each month with federal judges on various class action issues.

He is a Member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Adam was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Miami, Florida.

He currently resides in Coral Gables, Florida and Highlands, North Carolina with his wife Jessica and their children.

Adam preaches good health in his personal and professional life, remaining active both at home and at the office. He is an avid cyclist, skier, and yoga practitioner. 

Whenever he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and their dogs.

Adam and his family have been actively involved in supporting several reputable non-profit organizations and charitable causes for over 25 years. He has dedicated his time, advocacy, leadership, and donations towards multiple philanthropic groups and initiatives benefiting children, education, medical research, legal support, and economic equality.
